This time we’d like to announce that the official trailer for The Paranormals is now live! Developed by Corey the Artist we think that this trailer is a true representation of what you’ll find in the books, and what to expect moving forward as the story develops.

The art and visuals of Russell’s pencils and inks pops in a way that you’ve never seen before when you see them on your iPhone. And don’t even get us started on the iPad. It’s just flat out, mouth-watering incredible.

Sure there’s a ton of news coming out of this year’s San Diego Comic Con, but personally, we think this is the best news of them all.

The gang at ActionStudioWorks would like to announce proudly that beginning in August, The Paranormals will be available for download and viewing on all iPad, iPhone, Android, devices as well as Amazon’s Nook and via web browsers on both the Mac and PC.

Ain’t it Cool has actually been good with giving exposure to publishers like ASW which happen to not be Marvel, DC, Image, or IDW or any of the other bigger publishers.

I just wanted to drop a quick note and let you all know that Christopher Shy, the cover artist for Paranormals has a graphic novel on sale from IDW books titled Dead Space Salvage. According to IDW’s press release:

“The graphic novel Dead Space Salvage tells the story of the Magpies, who discover an abandoned mining ship, the USG Ishimura. Their once-fortunate luck turns into a catastrophe as they realize they’re in the middle of a living nightmare. Not only is the Government racing to claim the Ishimura, but the necromorphs are also reanimating across the ship. Dead Space Salvage will feature the unique visual style of fantasy and sci-fi artist, Christopher Shy. Dead Space Salvage is being published by IDW and will be available in December 2010.”

Dead Space: Salvage is a prequel to EA’s upcoming game Dead Space 2.  EA’s description for Dead Space 2 states:

“In Dead Space 2, engineer Isaac Clarke battles his own dementia while fighting to save himself and dominate the relentless necromorph onslaughts. Players will see Isaac fight bigger, scarier and more epic battles that will keep them on the edge of their seats. Dead Space 2 will be available on January 28th 2011 on the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system and the PC.”
